1. Hamdard Dialysis Centre, Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh)
As part of its commitment to accessible healthcare, HFK Foundation, in collaboration with Hamdard Dialysis, plans to establish a two-bed dialysis facility in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The project aims to provide affordable and free dialysis services to underprivileged patients who often travel long distances for life-saving treatment. By bringing quality dialysis care closer to rural and semi-urban communities, the centre will help reduce both financial burden and treatment delays. This initiative is a significant step toward our vision of ensuring that no kidney patient is denied treatment due to economic hardship. The facility will focus on compassionate care, affordability, and improved health outcomes for patients and their families.

2. Sir Syed Library
The Sir Syed Library is envisioned as a modern 50-seat learning and study centre dedicated to rural youth who have completed their basic education and are preparing for competitive examinations. The library will provide a peaceful learning environment, access to educational resources, reference materials, newspapers, and digital learning tools. By creating a knowledge-driven ecosystem, the project aims to empower students from underserved communities to pursue higher education, government services, professional careers, and other opportunities. Inspired by the legacy of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, this initiative seeks to promote educational excellence, self-development, and equal opportunities for talented young individuals from rural backgrounds.

3. Noor Computer lab
The Noor Computer lab aims to bridge the digital divide by equipping rural youth with essential computer skills required in today’s professional world. The centre will offer training in basic computer operations, Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, email communication, online job applications, and workplace etiquette. These practical skills will help students and job seekers improve their employability, perform confidently in interviews, and successfully transition into corporate and professional environments. Through structured training and skill development programs, the centre seeks to create a digitally empowered workforce that is prepared to meet the demands of the modern economy while opening doors to better career opportunities.

4. Taj Indoor Sports Facility for Women
The Taj Indoor Sports Facility for Women is a unique initiative designed to promote health, confidence, and community engagement among rural women and girls. With the land already arranged and earmarked for development, the facility will offer opportunities to participate in sports such as badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom, air hockey, and other indoor recreational activities. Beyond physical fitness, the centre will encourage leadership, teamwork, mental well-being, and social inclusion. By providing a safe and dedicated space for women to engage in sports and recreation, the project aims to foster empowerment, build self-confidence, and create a culture of healthy living within rural communities.
